1) Avoid Wearing bigger Clothes than Your Size
If you wear bigger size clothes than your size, then you are trying to hide your body and hide your true identity. By wearing the fit of your size, you will look at your real age. Girls often wear loose t-shirts but they seem more than they are.
2) Do not Wash hair with Shampoo daily
If you have a habit of washing hair everyday, then leave it. Because of their short hair, boys often wash their hairs. But doing so, the natural oil of the head decreases and hair looks stiff and lifeless. It also shows you more than the age. Wash your hair once or twice a week. Do not wash hair with very hot water.
3) Avoid Junk Foods
If you eat too much junk food then be very careful. This increases the weight which shows you old age and also causes many diseases.
4) Avoid Processed or Packaged Food
In the same way, in processed food i.e. packaged food is very much sugar. It causes dark circles, skin stretching and acne under the eyes. Obviously, this takes longer than your age.
5) Do mediations daily
Try to get rid of stress even if there is a burden on the work, and if it happens, then remove it through meditation. Taking stress causes the brain to quickly tear and its effect appears on your face. If you are troubled then you seem to be older than the age.
